What is it about ?
On May 25, 2018, the RGPD (better known in its English version GDPR) will come into force. This is a new European regulation that regulates the processing of your data. Subcontractors responsible for processing personal data, both inside and outside Europe, will now have to comply with strict standards when collecting and storing data.
You will also be informed in a clear and transparent way about what will be done with your data (the purposes of the processing), about the reason for the processing (the legal reasons) and about your rights to your data.
